Our neighboring farmer pointed out a wild asparagus plant in our pasture; Ed had also discovered a wild asparagus plant on our fence line.
We're told that there used to be lots more wild asparagus along the fence line but that the previous owners mowed much of it over... If we're lucky, we'll find some more as the season goes on...
