We are ready for the inoculation of our oak logs (from the large limb that fell this past October) come April. We purchased our Shiitake Mushroom Plug Spawn at the PBS Wisconsin Garden & Landscape Expo this past weekend in Madison. The spawn needs to stay in our refrigerator until it's go time.
