Potosi Brewing

I have a soft spot for Potosi Brewing. They are local, brew good beer, and all profits go to local charities.

I recent tried a Cave Ale, which is one of Potosi's core beers. It is an amber ale, and is very smooth drinking. It has a little more character than a pilsner or other lighter beers. I recommend this one if you are looking for a beer to enjoy with a good sandwich!
