Ever so Slowly...Rooms Beginning to Near Completion

While only the Master Bedroom is fully complete at this point, things are starting to get closer (at least with respect to the main level of the house and the upstairs).

Ed's completed the baseboard installation for the kitchen, living room, dining room and master bedroom. He put a railing on and finished the opening we made in the staircase back this time last year.

We still need to install our pass-through shelf, address the stairs themselves (take out the carpeting and install hardwood treads and risers), tile the kitchen back splash, get a stove/oven, paint the kitchen pantry and buy/install a solid core wood door, paint the exterior doors light blue (interior) and light grey (exterior), paint all window trim white, and install privacy shades. That will then leave the back hall (install slate tile floor, paint the closet, and buy/install a washer and ventless dryer combo) and bathroom (new toilet, vanity, floor, medicine cabinet, light fixture, exhaust fan, and paint job) and the upstairs closets (there are 3 in total that need the carpet taken out and 1 that needs to be patched and painted).

Once all that's done, it will be onto the basement and the basement stairs...

It's hard to keep things neat and tidy as we're still always working on something; but, progress is progress.

I'm just now starting to paint the window trim white in the living room and dining room. The first window (I picked the smallest window in the Nook area to start) has officially been completed.
